Group classes bring us together to learn from one another. I find that leading a group can inspire a sense of playfulness and create an atmosphere of trust. We are able to feel on a very deep level that we are not alone, and this feeling of community supports each of us as we gather to breathe deeply and move our bodies in a safe space.
